1. Definitions
“Site” means marketsolstice.com and its pages. “Content” means text and materials published on the Site. “You” means any visitor or user.

Revenue may come from advertising and educational content. Educational content on the Site is provided free of charge. We do not sell financial products, do not provide trading services, and do not receive commissions for recommending investment products.
8. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Courts of that jurisdiction have non-exclusive competence, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
